Salary: £33,500 – £36,000 (Depending on experience)

Because we support rapid-deployment internet for major film sets, television productions, and live events, our workshop coordinator is the vital anchor behind the scenes.
You are responsible for building, testing, configuration-loading, and managing the specialised, rugged deployment hardware kits that go out to high-profile clients like BBC Radio One, Cream Global, and Liverpool Sound City. You are the gatekeeper of our inventory. Key Responsibilities

Manage, organise, and account for all network hardware, fibre equipment, wireless links, tools, and deployment kits within our central workshop.

Pre-configure, stage, and technically test network hardware (routers, switches, wireless links) so they are 100% prepped for zero-failure field deployments.

Maintain strict inventory control, tracking assets leaving and returning to the workshop to eliminate wastage.

Coordinate logistics and equipment availability to ensure field installation teams have exactly what they need before they leave the building.
Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a technical workshop, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or IT hardware environment.

Skills: Hands-on experience handling, configuring, or organising IT/telecom hardware. High proficiency in inventory tracking and asset management workflows.

Traits: Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised, and structured. You are someone who cannot tolerate a messy workspace or inaccurate stock logs.
