Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Hub
As a leading provider of mission-critical digital connectivity and network infrastructure, we maintain rigorous standards of corporate governance, data privacy, and network security.
๐๏ธ Regulatory Status & B2B Enterprise Warranty
Baltic Broadband Limited operates strictly and exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) communications carrier. We do not provide residential broadband, retail consumer services, or micro-business connections. By entering into a contract with Baltic Broadband or utilising our network infrastructure, all customers formally warrant that they represent an enterprise meeting the statutory criteria of 10 or more full-time employees (FTE) and/or an annual turnover exceeding ยฃ1.7m. Consequently, all services are explicitly exempt from consumer-oriented regulatory protections, including alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes designed for retail clients. All relationships are governed strictly under commercial contract law. All connectivity supplied by Baltic Broadband consists of high-speed data transmission circuits and does not provide public voice telephony or direct 999/112 emergency calling services; clients must maintain independent telephone facilities for emergency calls.

Our engineering performance matrix. Outlines our ironclad service availability guarantees, latency benchmarks, packet-delivery targets, and our tiered support response windows (including our premium 4-to-5 hour repair target for Dedicated Internet Access and our standard 8-hour target for Mini Leased Lines).
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The technical and legal boundaries that govern the security, integrity, and fair use of our UK-wide network infrastructure. Establishes critical parameters regarding IP space allocation, bandwidth usage protocols, BGP routing etiquette, and illegal traffic management.
