Following sustained expansion of our high-speed fibre network and increased demand across Liverpool and the wider UK, Baltic Broadband is excited to announce the creation of four new positions within our team.

As business connectivity requirements evolve toward higher capacity, gigabit-level resiliency, and zero-downtime guarantees, our network infrastructure is growing rapidly.

To support this demand and maintain our standard of rapid, hands-on support, we are actively recruiting across our technical, field, and operational departments.

Investing in Local Liverpool Talent

Headquartered at Sandhills Studios in Liverpool, Baltic Broadband has always believed in building world-class infrastructure powered by local expertise. These four new roles represent a direct investment in the region’s digital economy, offering local engineers and technology professionals the opportunity to work on high-capacity B2B networks, multi-tenant commercial buildings (BBEB), and specialised event connectivity.

The new roles spanning our operations include:

• Network Infrastructure Engineer: Managing core routing, high-capacity backhaul, and 100Gbps network distribution.
•
• Field Service Technician: Deploying rapid-response hardware, on-site diagnostics, and dark fibre integrations across commercial sites.
•
• Client Operations Specialist: Providing proactive, hands-on technical support to enterprise clients and property managers.
•
• Junior Network Administrator: Supporting daily operational workflows and learning next-generation ISP delivery.
•
