Baltic Broadband is thrilled to announce the move of its head office into its new cutting-edge Technology Hub, a new state-of-the-art facility set for full completion in 2027
This global hub for innovation, technology, and digitalisation will be a multi-purpose facility housing a wide range of applications, including:
- New Head Offices: Serving as the new base for Baltic Broadband and Mersey Fibre, complete with a dedicated 24/7 network operations centre.
- Industrial-Scale Data Centre: Hosting some of the UK’s most advanced computing technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud workloads.
- Technology Hub: Offering private office suites, co-working spaces, prototyping labs, and meeting rooms.
- IX Liverpool: The new home for the Liverpool Internet Exchange, dedicated to improving internet connectivity across the Liverpool City Region.
- Media Facilities: Featuring Film and TV Studios, a Recording Studio, and podcast studios, complete with prop storage and tech parking for film crews.
- Lecture Theater: A venue for numerous free-to-attend technology talks and debates scheduled throughout the year.
- On-Site Amenities: Including a Cafe and a Gym/Fitness studio.
- Sustainable Power Station: Producing renewable energy to power our digital network and the building’s tenants.
