Most of the time, we will need to perform an on-site survey in order to determine the location of our equipment that will need to be installed. We'll be in touch to confirm when a survey can be conducted before your prefered installation date.
We will likely need to perform a technical survey, (an inspection only) for the plan of cable routes, (roof equipment, if applicable) location of routers and any other equipment. Please propose a date here, your allocated project manager will confirm if this is acceptable along with the time that they can visit.

    Payment Type
Please choose how you would like to pay for your internet package. In the case of Direct Debit, we will take your first payment upfront immediately and you will receive invoices monthly from us.

    50% Discount Removal(Required)
Our services are already discounted by 50% when customers elect to pay by Direct Debit as this helps us keep our costs down by automating our billing processes.

If a customer requires the ability not to use Direct Debit and instead needs a monthly invoice (paid manually) and time to pay, we remove the 50% discount from our pricing as result. In addition to this, if customers requires payment terms to suit them, we will need to conduct a credit check against the business first which will add delays to your order. Our finance team will be in touch shortly if you select this option.

If you have any queries regarding this, you can contact us on 0151 279 1000.
Enter one or multiple email addresses separated by commas that will receive your monthly invoices. Invoices are sent from finance@balticbroadband.com at 10am on the Anniversary of your Activation Date.
