Baltic provided us with a high speed 1 Gbps leased-line for a week long filming project. The service, complete with high density WiFi was set up across multiple levels in the same building; in a large open-plan office and on our set, allowing both our crew and visitors to connect trouble free while having use of printers and rush upload ports throughout. We were very happy with the great friendly service provided by Baltic and would strongly recommend them in the future.

It’s been great working with Baltic Broadband for our second venue. We engaged them to provide a high speed leased line for our venue operations, while also requiring a whole network installation into our various bars, restaurant and studios complete with high speed WiFi for credit card machines and guests. We engaged Baltic Broadband and used its Fixed Wireless Access service due to an issue with our IT company & ISP (due to an ongoing dispute) who terminated our hotel’s internet connection unexpectedly, affecting our payment/till systems, booking systems, WiFi and guests and at a time our hotel was at maximum weekend capacity. Just 4 hours after signing their contract, Baltic Broadband rapidly deployed a 1Gbps Leased Line to our Liverpool City Centre hotel, enabling the hotel to become fully operational once again, helping to reduce operational issues and financial losses.
