Field Installation Technician
Location: Liverpool City Region (Field-Based / Out of Liverpool HQ)
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 + Company Van (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our field team doesn’t do boring, repetitive domestic cable pulls. You will be conducting line-of-sight wireless surveys, deploying premium wired and wireless networks at high-profile commercial sites, and setting up critical rapid-deployment links for active film productions, major hotels like The Shankly and Dixie Dean, and iconic cultural spaces like The Cavern Club and FACT.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional line-of-sight surveys and install high-capacity wireless and wired network connections at commercial client properties.

Run internal and external data cabling, mount external hardware securely, and terminate connections to elite engineering standards.

Deploy rapid-response, temporary high-speed infrastructure to support live film sets, television broadcasts, and high-profile regional festivals.

Maintain a pristine company van, managing your assigned field tools and equipment responsibly.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in telecom installations, fibre deployments, wireless networking, or commercial data cabling.

Skills: Proficient with working at heights, external building mounting, and clean, weather-proof cable routing. Ability to test and sign off technical installations professionally.

Licence: A valid, UK driving licence is mandatory.

Mindset: Safety-conscious, independent, and possessing an old-school pride in your craftsmanship. You do clean work that lasts.
